I passed with Stephen first time. Back in 2018 I had failed my test a couple of times with a different instructor and it had knocked my confidence to the point where I really didn’t think that I would ever get on the road. A friend mentioned Stephen from KISS to me, he later passed with him & I was eager to give it one last go. I waited until Stephen had space as he had such good reviews. Stephen was very patient, reliable & highly professional throughout. He helped me regain my confidence and competence with driving. Honestly, I can’t thank him enough & am extremely grateful for his service. I passed with only 1 minor (my fault down to nerves on the day).

I had a different instructor before Stephen and I can honestly say he scared the life into me and confused me. When I learnt with Stephen he understood my weaknesses and knew I hated parking and hated the aspect of it all- He helped me in a calm manner, was empathetic to me being scared before, he was kind and encouraging. Without him I wouldn’t of passed my test, he was amazing. I can’t recommend him enough- the driving world needs more Stephen’s to help learners learn to drive. I wish I had him all along and it would of made me learn faster and feel safer!
