After 25 years in the printing industry, it was almost a relief to me when I was made redundant as I had become disillusioned with the industry. This allowed me to embark on a career as a driving instructor with new enthusiasm, particularly as I was lucky enough to train with Kiss Driving School. Our unique teaching methods has enabled me to help a lot of pupils to learn to drive to a high standard and pass their driving test over the last 6 years.
I teach to a high standard and have excellent test results with many first time passes. The KISS method of teaching ensures you will learn faster and enjoy your lessons at the same time.

Huge thanks to Gary, Oliver’s driving instructor in Cambridge. Oli had had a number of lessons with another driving school at home in London (in uni holidays only) but it was only when he had consistent weekly lessons while at uni that everything clicked. Gary was incredible according to my son! He passed his test first time in Cambridge in June 2024. So grateful to Gary and cannot recommend highly enough! He picked Oli up from his Camb college every week so no hassle either.

Some people are just good teachers. Gary is one of them. He's able to pitch your lesson to the skills you need to learn. And he involves you in deciding what you're going to learn next and how you're going to learn it, which is excellent pedagogy. I just passed a manual test thanks to Gary. His expansive knowledge of what examiners expect from Cambridge's roads proved useful, and in his teaching he is precise, reasonable and understanding. I came to him with some experience already under my belt and he was really helpful in helping me to identify and unlearn bad habits. Gary really cares about making good, safe drivers, not just box ticking for tests. Today was an exhilarating triumph! I have passed my automatic driving test with only 2 minor faults! It's been quite a journey this year, filled with ups and downs, but Gary was always there to help.
