I had the pleasure of meeting Zuzana in June 2024, and from our very first lesson, it was clear she was not only a highly skilled instructor but also a compassionate and empathetic person. Despite my complete lack of experience, Zuzana could sense how nervous I was and approached each lesson with understanding, making the process feel manageable and even enjoyable. Over a total of 20 hours, she guided me with patience and incredible insight. Her teaching style is supportive yet thorough, and she has a unique ability to adjust to her students’ emotional needs. Zuzana truly became like a sister to me throughout this journey, always encouraging me, pushing me to be better, and cheering me on. When I finally passed my test in October, I felt confident and prepared, and the success was a moment we shared deeply. Standing in the rain, we hugged each other and shed tears of joy, which speaks volumes about the kind of bond Zuzana builds with her students. I can’t thank her enough for this experience, and I’d recommend her to anyone looking to learn not only how to drive but how to enjoy the process.

Zuzana is an amazing driving instructor! I had previously two and gave up on trying to get my license. I'm lucky I found Zuzana and finally got my license, despite my fear of driving. She is patient, knowledgeable and very adaptable. She recognized my fear of driving and issues with my nerves and helped me overcome this to help me obtain my license. We had been let down by another instructor (not KISS) and found Zuzana by chance and I'm so pleased we did! I asked my daughter what are the best things about Zuzuana: friendly, easy to get on with, kind, fun, clear and good at explaining things. As a parent I was impressed by the way Zuzana managed my daughter's initial worry, helped her build her confidence, and the empathy and kindness she showed just before my daughter's test (she passed first time). My first impression of Nick was that his car was rather messy and I was worried this would reflect on him as a teacher, but after a few lessons this didn't bother me as Nick was patient and able to help me with my anxiety around driving and the driving test, he never made me feel stupid or afraid to mess up which has made me so much more confident at driving. With my previous instructor I would dread my driving lessons because I was so hard on myself to be good at everything but Nick is so laid back that I actually started to enjoy my lessons and became less worried about failure.

I was test ready 2 years ago but hadn’t really driven since, so had 3 days of semi intensive lessons with Zuzana and she did such a great job of getting my confidence up! Im a very nervous test taker and she did a brilliant job helping me find ways to manage my anxiety. She taught me to a higher standard than was necessary for my test, so that when the time came, I was more than ready for my test. Zuzana was a very adaptable instructor, tailoring the lessons to my needs, and was also able to fit a few more sessions in last minute when I felt I needed them. She also managed to organise 2 mock tests with different instructors to help get me comfortable driving with someone new, which was a big help for my nerves on test day. I’m very grateful for all her training and support - I wouldn’t have been able to pass without her. Thank you Zuzana!

Well structured course with an attention to details and a flexible timetable. Instructions by Zuzana were given from a various angles (practicality, safety, repeatability, etc.). School provided a great support with a booking of an exam. Overall, “student” friendly, client oriented, consistent and practical approach.

His ability to help me link theory to practice, increase my awareness and observational skills were second to none. I really recommend Zuzana. She is amazing and so lovely. She really takes her time in teaching. If you make any mistake she makes sure you understand where you went wrong and fully understand the safety of the road. I started lessons in Feb 2024 and passed in Reading test centre in June. I only had 2 minors! thank you Zuzana. you’ve been lovely! I will miss our driving lessons.

Zuzana is an excellent instructor. I totally recommend her. I've had bad experiences with some previous driving instructors where I felt like I was not progressing enough but it wasn't the case with Zuzana. She is a very detail-oriented person who helped me pass my practical exam on the first try. On numerous occasions, she went the extra mile to help me become a better driver by explaining different concepts and even inviting other instructors to my lessons! She is truly dedicated and passionate about the subject. Don't think twice if you look for an instructor and you come across her name.

I had failed my test 6 times before with previous driving Instructors from other driving schools. But after lessons with Zuzana who gave me so many tips to keep me calm and to brush up my driving skills, I passed first time with only 2 minor driver faults. He has had lessons with other instructors but when it came to his test his nerves would just get the better of him and he would fall apart. I would highly recommend Zuzana - she was a great instructor for my daughter. I just wish we had found her when my daughter was just learning to drive, rather than nearly 2 years and several tests later! I was so impressed with how Zuzana really quickly honed Ella's technique, skills and confidence by giving her some clear, simple 'hooks' to focus on. Having Zuzana as my driving instructor has been nothing but educational and fun. She made it so easy to learn how to be a safe driver by being stern and straightforward whilst also making my lessons so enjoyable and creating a safe and encouraging environment for me. Zuzana provided me with a two week intensive course where I drove almost everyday for at least 2 hours and then as my test approached we cut it down to 2 days in the week for 2 hours or so, this was a really effective method for me to learn everything I needed to know before my test as I could fully digest the information that was given to me and allow me to become fully confident in my driving skills. I ended up passing my test first time with only ONE minor driving fault, so i think it’s safe to say Zuzana is an amazing teacher!!!

Had a great and relaxing time driving with Nick, he got me out of the bad habits that I was so used to from my other driving instructor and took a relaxed approach to the instructing. Massive thank you to Antony Brewer, who was my Instructor for the past months. Antony is not only a very thorough instructor, he is also very friendly and supportive. He was flexible around my work and family commitments and reliable. Antony is very patient and has an excellent teaching methods. He always give helpful feedback after each driving section. Learning the manoeuvres was quite challenging for me but his calm and patient approach eventually proved that an old (ish) dog can actually be taught a new trick. He taught me in a way that not only ensured I passed my test, but also emphasized skills that would give me a lifetime of safe driving. Above all, I really appreciate him for his encouraging words just before I started the test which gave a massive boost to my confidence and I eventually pass my test with 4 minors few days ago. I strongly recommend him. Huge thank you to Antony from my Girls. I look forward to purchasing a hard earned set of wheels and a life time of safe driving.

Wilf has been amazing throughout my driving time. He's harsh but fair and is able to help wrap my head around things, helped me to focus and gave me the push I needed to pass. He's never been unfair and has always focused on the positives while reviewing the negatives to help me to understand. Great overall guy and had lots of laughs while driving. Wilf has such a calm nature and takes learning at the speed you are comfortable with. Learning to drive with Wilf gave me the confidence to practise in my own car between lessons, remembering all the skills I had learnt in previous lessons! I passed on my second attempt and I thank God for Wilf. He was so patient over these last few years and was I honestly don't believe I could have done this without him as my instructor. He knew when to push me and when to give me space and time to adjust to what needed improving. He was so supportive the entire way and when I lacked belief in myself, especially on the day of my test, he was always there as an incredible foundation of support. Huge thanks to Gary, Oliver’s driving instructor in Cambridge. Oli had had a number of lessons with another driving school at home in London (in uni holidays only) but it was only when he had consistent weekly lessons while at uni that everything clicked. Gary was incredible according to my son! He passed his test first time in Cambridge in June 2024. So grateful to Gary and cannot recommend highly enough! He picked Oli up from his Camb college every week so no hassle either.

I just passed a manual test thanks to Gary. His expansive knowledge of what examiners expect from Cambridge's roads proved useful, and in his teaching he is precise, reasonable and understanding. I came to him with some experience already under my belt and he was really helpful in helping me to identify and unlearn bad habits. Gary really cares about making good, safe drivers, not just box ticking for tests. I am very pleased that I did the lessons with Gary. Before Gary, I had several attempts and I failed in all of them. After doing lessons with Gary, I finally passed the exam on the 1st attempt today. My experience with Gary was excellent. I passed the first time and after the assessment, he planned everything perfectly which I needed. His top notch lessons made remarkable changes in such a short time. He said he did not teach me how to drive, he made me a better driver as I used to drive before. Simply, he gives you what you need. Having taken up learning to drive again after failing a test 10 years ago (in Poland), I can’t have hoped for a more competent and experienced driving instructor. Gary is above all calm, encouraging and incredibly thoughtful. He knew when to push me to bring my standard up, and I trusted him 100% to assess whether I was ready for my test or not. As a result, on the day I felt very confident and passed my test on first attempt. Most importantly, however, Gary did much more than just prepare me for a driving test. During my lessons, I’ve gained plenty of experience of all sorts of roads, and I have a proper understanding of what it means to drive safely and efficiently. I've been taught by about six instructors through the years, both in Tiverton and in London, in beat up old bangers and even one of the latest BMWs. I therefore consider myself a bit of a veteran and none of my past experiences have even come close to the service Paul Greenwood offers. His good natured professionalism, patience, humour, knowledge and skill have been unrivaled and he's helped me work out some deeply ingrained bad habbits I came to him with. His Ford Fiesta, affectionately dubbed "Betty", is also the best car I've practiced in; without a doubt surpassing even the likes of the BMW. The car is no nonsense, well maintained, affordable and representative of virtually anyone's first car they use after passing their test. Book now, Paul is certainly an instructor that is destined to be in very high demand once the word gets out.

Driving in general is a nerve racking experience, you will have days where you won’t feel confident and you’ll turn off the wrong exit at a roundabout but when driving with Paul he’ll never make you feel worried. He always keeps the drive a positive experience and if you do go wrong, so what? Try it again, stay in control and relax, nobody is perfect and Paul understands this completely. He is an easy going person who fits around your timetable, friendly, puts you at ease and makes driving fun.

I finally have my freedom! As a mother of 2, I've relied on my husband to take us everywhere! After previously using 2 other instructors and a manual car and never ever feeling ready for a test I gave up! Then I finally decided enough was enough and made the jump to automatic and found Tymek. I wish I'd done it 6 years ago! From the first lesson, Tymek made me laugh, relaxed and confident and will tell you straight how it is. If you're looking for an instructor to actually teach you how to drive and not just to pass a test then Tymek is the right person for you! He doesn't just take you up and down the test route. He takes you to complex roundabouts. He teaches you how to plan ahead and be a confident, safe driver. The day of my test it finally got too much and I had a little breakdown, I was making silly mistakes and we both knew it was nerves. Tymek made sure I parked safely and gave me a tissue, I definitely needed it. Then he said ‘Now forget about it, it's done, let's go’, I went and passed with 3 minors.

I have fairly severe sensory processing disorder and when I first considered learning to drive, I half expected to have to try a few instructors; that didn't happen. When I actually started driving, I expected my learning to stall; that also didn't happen. I was noticeably better by the end of every lesson until I took and passed my 1st test. I developed my problem-solving skills outside of driving. Within 1.5 hours, Tymek was better at spotting my signs of stress than me and almost always not only prevented it from reaching boiling point but also almost always was the key factor in settling those nerves in new situations. Tymek is a great driving instructor and I can't recommend him highly enough.

There’s many things to say about Tymek the lovely cups of his wife’s tea, his eclectic music playlist, his sense of humour and excellent chat but I think the thing that makes me more glad to recommend him than anything else is how much he cares and roots for your success. There were times I referred to him as more of a life guru, with some Mr Miyagi (the wax on wax off way to get onto a roundabout) and Rafiki (forget about what is in the past) wisdom. I learnt not only about how to drive but also about my own confidence and comfort which is vital for being a safe driver. I can be an anxious and emotional person and cried in more lessons than I’d like to admit but Tymek responded with kindness and humour. It’s not your cheapest or certainly not your most run-of-the-mill way to learn. Tymek is honest, straightforward and has a lot of love for life and others, so a great choice for a driving instructor. Any time I doubted the process, when I relaxed back into it, that’s when I succeeded.

Tymek is an incredible instructor! Very easy to get along with, has a great sense of humour and the conversation never stops. Tymek can be tough at times and challenge you but it’s always to improve your driving. For me I would always overcomplicate and overthink driving leading to mistakes, Tymek would then ask me to pull up, allow me to talk through what had happened, give me advice then proceed to say ‘Keep it simple stupid’. His whole approach is teaching people not only to pass the test but also how to be a confident, safe and independent driver. Tymek didn’t just teach me test routes but taught me to drive on complex roads, roundabouts, dual carriageways and even the motorway. A big plus of learning to drive with Tymek was it was always fun and every lesson was somewhere new; I was able to drive in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Swindon (Magic roundabout), Forest of Dean and many more. Thanks to Tymek, I was able to pass my test the first time with no faults. I’d highly recommend him for any learner driver as Tymek gives 100% when teaching.

Brilliant guy. When I first approached Tymek I had a test booked he told me first he will test me. If I am to the standard of his like he will make me a priority otherwise he won’t. He kept his word. But he is a bit hard to please. What makes him different from others is he will teach you how you should drive every day, not just for test. He will take you outside Gloucester. He will make you sweat in the complex roundabouts. And if you have time and he is satisfied he will take you to Bristol as the final touch. He is a bit expensive I always tell him that but totally worth it. Definitely recommend him. PS: He has got a good sense of humour.

You said to me after narrating my bad experience with other instructors, I will work you through and you will pass your practical test, and you did exactly as you said. Keep up the great job. A feature of Tymek's approach is that he does not just teach driving according to the rules and prepares for the exam, but teaches you to understand and analyse the situation on the road. These skills will be useful in practice. The learning process itself seemed simple but effective. We quickly corrected the errors that appeared and prepared for the exam. I passed the test on the 1st attempt with only one minor mistake, which I consider an excellent result for myself ;)

I found Tymek through recommendations over social media, I waited a while for him to have availability and I am so glad I did!! I had very little experience with driving and the little experience I did have was from around 3/4 years ago and I was such an anxious mess at the time I didn't remember hardly anything so it was all new to me again. I came determined that I needed to pass to better mine and my children's lives and Tymek promised to help make that possible for me in such little time we had (about 4-5 days). He helped eased my anxieties and to stop me overthinking and complicating things in my head before they'd even happened. I got stressed, I cried in frustration twice and was ready to give up and cancel my test but Tymek was adamant I was a natural driver and gave me a few stern words of advice which soon sorted my head out haha! Two days before the test I didn't feel ready, I then did a long lesson the day before and Tymek let me do what I felt I needed to practise on and I felt so much better for it! I did my test and passed first time with only 2 minors after only a few days of learning and I literally sobbed my heart out with happiness, I feel forever grateful to Tymek as I would never of been able to do this without him being my instructor and without his wife's lovely fruit teas! I will recommended him to everyone I know!

I cannot recommend Tymek enough. I started lessons with another instructor almost 4 years ago and was left feeling that I would never be a safe and confident driver. I was only ever taken around Monmouth and as Tymek would say “chasing the boar in the forest”. Whilst being familiar with the area is important for the test, you cannot learn to drive properly in such a small place. I quit lessons while away at university and constantly worried that I wouldn’t ever be a safe driver. You do not need to worry about this with Tymek, he will push you to do things you may think would never be possible. On my first lesson, I was driving into Gloucester and tackling difficult junctions, roundabouts and the motorway in just a few hours. His teaching style and personality are sometimes on the stern side but he absolutely knows how to get the job done, ensuring that when you pass your test you will be a safe and confident driver for life. I had a few wobbles and some terrible drives on the way, but Tymek was able to rebuild my confidence and courage to continue learning and trust that I could become a real driver. You will not find a better instructor.

Amazing instructor but I can say his way of teaching is not for everyone. You need to have some “balls” to go driving at Magic Roundabout and Bristol! He helped me to grow those “balls”, ha-ha sorry for my language but I used to panic and not believe in myself. He doesn’t only teach you to pass the test and I can strongly agree with all of his reviewers. He makes you a confident driver. I was good at learning and at picking up the stuff but that hesitation and fear of driving was in my head. He helped me to understand my potential and believe in myself as a driver! ”Stop complicating things”, he was saying all the time. And I stopped! I relaxed and practised. If you are like me, a bit anxious, not believing in yourself and a little scared of driving, Tymek will definitely help you by taking you to Bristol or the Magic Roundabout in Swindon! I was doing 4h sessions and that’s why now I can say, I’m not scared to drive alone because I had enough practice and driving in different locations really helped me. I know it’s a bit pricey but trust me, it’s worth it. Also, his car is absolutely amazing. Thank you Tymek for your patience.

Even though Tymek's prices are quite higher compared to other instructors he’s definitely worth the cost. When I first started driving with Tymek I wasn’t confident on the road but a few lessons later that confidence built up inside me thanks to Tymek's teaching. Every time I made a mistake or wasn’t driving smooth he told me to pull up on the left and explained to me what I’ve done wrong and what to do next time in such situations along with also giving me time to reset which really helped me process everything and he tried his best to make sure I’m ready to pass my test first time. I’d tried to learn to drive when I was a teenager but didn’t have the right motivation or find an instructor who I gelled with. With Tymek, I took an initial 2-hour session late 2021 and have just passed my test after a couple of months of lessons with him this year. He’s a great instructor with a focus on becoming a good driver for life, not just driving around the same test route again and again to secure a pass. We tackled complex roundabouts, motorway driving, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Bristol before I took my test in Monmouth. I started driving lessons in a manual car and after 20 h I found it too difficult. I read the reviews on Google about Tymek. His approach was totally different from the two other instructors I had before. My first lesson was driving on a dual carriageway at 70 mph. My feeling was Wow unbelievable. I started with no driving skills and little experience, but Tymek helped me build up more and more skills and confidence on the road. He is a master of driving. When I made mistakes, he would ask me to pull over and explain where I went wrong in a way I quickly understood. I skipped driving lessons for a while and thought I couldn't make it work. I contacted Tymek again and asked him if he could do the intensive course for me because my test was fast approaching so had to get a grip on it. We had the whole month to practice. Tymek recommended I changed the test day. I passed my test on the 1st attempt with 5 faults. A week after my test, I drove from Farnborough to Manchester (over 250 miles!), I got lost a few times. Tymek didn’t just teach me to pass the test, more importantly, he taught me how to be a good driver. Now I am enjoying my driving. I can drive to work in London every Monday now.

Tymek is the best of the best! I found an instructor and had 30 h of lessons with her. My parents quickly picked up on some bad habits that I was doing, such as looking at the gear stick when changing gears or driving straight over mini-roundabouts. I realised my instructor wasn’t very good. She never drove me on the busy Gloucester roads. My mum called Tymek and he squeezed me in for 2h. I honestly felt like I had learned more in that 2 h than the whole of the 30h with my previous instructor. The difference in teaching was incredible. Tymek seriously knows his stuff and he is so passionate about what he does. He booked me in for a 4h session the day before my test. He drove me around Gloucester and covered everything needed to prepare me for the test. I booked a further 4h session after I passed so he could take me to the magic roundabout in Swindon to really test my confidence! His teaching style is so unique! He may not be the cheapest but you really do get what you pay for. Do not make my mistake and go for a cheaper instructor as it ends up costing more!

Despite me having a few setbacks and taking a while to teach, Tymek never gave up on me, I am now a confident driver fully capable of tackling anything that comes my way. Tymek always kept up good communication with me and quickly found test slots for me. He challenged me at times and showed me that I am capable of taking on more complicated road situations than I ever thought I could. I could happily go out anywhere and know I am fully prepared for anything that is thrown at me, Tymek teaches to drive not just to pass the test. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Tymek as an instructor. He will put you at ease straight away and boost your skills and confidence as a driver throughout your time with him, so that when you pass, you are capable and confident of driving anywhere, rather than just learning how to pass the test. Tymek is also very easy to get along with and have conversations with. I had previously tried driving with two separate instructors about 4-5 years ago but didn't enjoy the experience with either of them, so stopped after one lesson with each. Originally I could only get a test booked for March next year due to the pandemic creating a massive backlog, but Tymek and KISS were also able to find and book me a much earlier test, as I was ready to take the test quickly after doing a fairly intensive course. Huge thanks to Tymek for the experience, it was very enjoyable and I feel a very confident driver already.

After looking at positive reviews about Tymek I decided to give him a call. When I spoke to him, he explained how he teaches you to drive properly not just pass a test. This is very true as he taught me to drive on complex roads, roundabouts, dual-carriageways and even the motorway rather than just going around the test routes repeatedly. When driving Tymek gives great advice, when you mess something up, he works with you to find a way of preventing you from making the same mistakes again. Tymek helps you to stay calm even when you are driving in busy rush hour traffic and roads you are not sure of. I would highly recommend Tymek especially if you are a little nervous as I was, he teaches you to drive properly and become a safe driver. Tymek has been an amazing instructor from the start. I have never had a lesson where I didn't learn anything that would improve me as a driver and pass my test. I've always had it in my mind that Tymek wanted more than for me to just pass, but to be a confident and good road user. I am grateful for the time and effort that went into my driving even if it was difficult through the lockdowns, but in the end, I managed to pass the first time! It was great to have an instructor that would recognise what needed work without having to mention it and would make it their goal as well as yours to make sure you'll always be confident in an area of driving you may not find easy. I moved to Ross a year ago from Birmingham, when I came back I decided I wanted to start learning to drive again, I decided I wanted to learn to drive in an automatic as I couldn't get along with manual back when I was 17. I came across Kiss driving school and found Tymek. On my first lesson, I was nervous but within 10 minutes of being in the car, I started to feel relaxed straight away. I can say I was tested a few times outside my comfort zone but this was good and helped me see I can do it when I put my mind to it. Our lessons were always a good laugh and Tymek always helped me believe in myself. I am so happy to say I passed first time with only 1 minor. If it hadn't been for Tymek helping me to believe in myself I wouldn't be able to say I now have my own car. So if you're looking for a driving instructor then I would recommend Tymek.

What can I say, Tymek has been incredible. I started off very nervous and uneasy on the road. But Tymek helped me fight these nerves and be calm on the road. By the time the test came around, I knew that I was fully prepared and thankfully I passed. Tymek definitely is on the more expensive side but you will get your money's worth, I was able to pass my test far quicker than I would have thought just in time before I go to uni. If you are looking for an instructor who is friendly but also firm and not afraid to let you know when you have made a mistake then I could not recommend Tymek enough. You will be challenged from day 1 and he will whip you into shape not just for the test but in becoming a confident driver.

Tymek is a fantastic instructor he was definitely worth the money but more so than just for passing the test but for learning to be a good driver anywhere, the day after I passed I went to Gloucester with my friends and I had no nerves or problems with any situations as Tymek taught me everything a good driver should know but he also trained me on the thing I had the most nerves and issues about as well (roundabouts). It may seem daunting at first when he tells you that you'll be training in Gloucester but by learning there from the start and almost all the way up to the test really boosted my confidence and made driving in any rural area or village a piece of cake.

Tymek has been such an amazing driving instructor to have from the beginning he pushed me to do the absolute best I can do and he will challenge you more than any other driving instructor. Whilst it was a difficult journey with many bumps along the way he guided me through it, better than anyone else could have done and believed in me even when I begin to lose hope. We had many laughs together and even a meltdown or two 😂 but through it all he was patient with me and built trust between the two of us. Under the circumstances of covid he still managed to squeeze me in lessons right before the test and I couldn't be more grateful even from the beginning many other instructors turned me away due to being 'fully booked' Tymek took me on and will with anyone willing to pay the high fee of his services. Whilst he is the most expensive driving instructor in the forest he goes further and beyond any other instructor would and not only gets you ready for the test but he prepares you for real-life driving. I don't believe you can find a better driving instructor than Tymek and I couldn’t recommend him more. I wish you and your family the absolute best Tymek!

I don't know how any review of Tymek's services I could write could really do what he has done for me any kind of justice. I came to Tymek having tried and failed with other instructors, tired and worn down but refusing to give up. Tymek recognised my anxieties that reach far beyond just driving. Such is the nature of a true teacher, he extended himself beyond the subject matter knowing that strengthening other aspects of yourself is key to succeeding in a chosen field. Becoming not just Tymek the driving instructor but Tymek the therapist, Tymek the inspiration and Tymek the friend. He isn't just a teacher he is a wise master that pushes his students into new environments and situations that would normally be frightening to most people who have freshly passed their test. His prices are premium but for the service you get, he is worth every single hard-earned penny! Whilst you can never guarantee the first time pass, he got a first time pass out of someone as nervous as me so I'd say your chances are pretty damn high!

10/10 The Miracle Worker Blair. Having come with some driving experience and (a few) failed tests, going into this intensive course, with a new instructor and car, I was apprehensive about how well I would find it. From the start I felt confident in Blair as an instructor, I truly felt he was teaching me how to drive and not just to pass a test. I appreciate it can’t have been easy starting with someone with some experience and having not driven for a few years so I really appreciate how comfortable he made me feel and allowed me to gain confidence in my driving. It took me a lot longer to pass than it should have but Blair was a brilliant help every step of the way, and really put me at ease while I was driving. He'd always be happy to chat about the football or anything else on our minds, which was really comforting. Tony Wood was my driving instructor in Bishop’s Stortford for approximately ten hours over three days. During that time he impressively took me from having basic car skills to passing my test. I have held a full motorcycle license for three years but decided the time had come to obtain my car license. Although my road-craft was good, I had developed some bad habits as a result of riding a motorcycle. Such as road positioning and speed into roundabouts/junctions. Tony ironed all of these issues out, plus teaching me all the maneuvers to test standard. I would like to thoroughly recommend Tony to any learner driver – regardless of age (I am 26). This is a group of driving instructors that work for KISS driving school. They meet once a week for 3-4 hours to exchange/update/ brush/ improve their teaching skills. I was very fortunate to be able to attend their meetings in Bishop's Stortford. This way i could drive with 3-4 driving instructors who could give me another angle on what I was trying to achieve - how to park and handle roundabouts etc... ( these were my weakest points when learning to drive). It was an amazing experience to have these experienced driving instructors there, ready to answer all my questions and give me a feedback. Learning with them was so much quicker and their input so helpful. I wish every student had this opportunity. Imagine you have 4 driving instructors that can explain you the same thing but in different words from slightly different angles! It's so much easier to connect the dots after!

Another thing that i loved about these Monday meetings is that the KISS driving school feels more like a family rather than just a business orientated company. Everyone who works there is professional, friendly, selfless, they all have a great sense of humour and it's a pleasure learning to drive with them! Thank you so much!

I think it's fair to say I was slower than your average learner and was incredibly nervous more often than not. Rob was always incredibly calm and helpful to me throughout each lesson and always believed in me even when I didn't. I can now say I am a confident driver and all of the useful tips he gave me has stayed with me and always will do. If you are based in the Sidcup/Bexley area you cannot go wrong with Rob. Kevin is an elite driver and has exceptional skills when it comes to teaching you how to drive. He is keen on teaching you everything so that you go to the test with maximum confidence. Bob is a fantastic instructor that doesn’t only teach you to pass the test but also how to drive. Unlike what I imagined, it’s not all about aligning the dots or counting exactly what angle to turn when driving. The intensive driving course is a great choice for anyone who wants to learn driving and have a few days free, it bears a steep learning curve but is also incredibly rewarding in the end. Btw Bob used to be a pastry chef so prepare to learn some cooking, baking tips alongside driving.

Oh wow, where do I begin? I could not have asked for a more patient, funnier or knowledgable driving instructor than Bob. Every single part of each one of my lessons was so useful, never did I feel like I didn’t learn something new. Thanks to his hard work, I was able to pass first time with only 3 and a half months worth of lessons. I recommend him 1000%! He’s very clear with his instructions adapts his way of explaining something to suit the learner which was really helpful for me. Alongside the excellent teaching, he was also great company! I recently passed my driving exam and would like to praise and thank my instructor Bob Baker. Before learning with Bob I had been to two different driving school instructors and felt that their way of teaching wasn’t for me. After finding kiss driving school and having Bob Baker as my instructor, I instantly knew from the first lesson that Bob is a great instructor and would guarantee me passing my exam. I found him to be very calm which was very important for me as it made me feel relaxed while driving, also I felt his way of teaching was very professional as Bob would allow me to learn for my own mistakes and understand the reasons of theses mistakes and not just spoon-feed information like other instructors would do.

After a series of fails with well known driving schools ,finally had the right instructor, within the first day I had the confidence that I'll pass this time. The way the instructor (Bob) teaching, explaining was so simple, educative and constructive. I personally congratulate him for his calmness, don't know how he does that ! Kevin Walters, one of the best instructors with flexible approach. I'd never driven manual car before i met him. I moved here 6 years ago. My home country drives on the other side of road and I didn't drive in my home country. English language is not my mother tongue. But this May I passed my driving test at first attempt at Hither Green test cetre at a Saturday lunch time busy rush hour (my examiner off sick on the test day non rush hour which i originally booked), So... go figure... whom should i credit it to? :)

Geta’s method of teaching, is to put her students in ‘the deep end’, driving through and undertaking many scenarios from hazards to different types of road layouts, in order to thoroughly prepare her students and be more than ready to pass their driving test. One of my major concerns before my driving test would be whether I would be able to find a suitable yet compassionate driver. Many of my friends suggested I use someone else yet on a whim I decided to go with Elvin and since that moment I have never looked back! He is always punctual to our sessions to the extent it always seem like we went longer than usual. Also, Elvin compared to many other instructors, does not treat the sessions as a job or source of money but really works around you as a client and areas you feel concerned about. Undoubtedly, without Elvin my journey to getting my driving license would not have been as quick, as detailed or even as engaging. Even after passing my driving test, my examiner told me to thank Elvin as my driving had been excellent and almost to perfection. I've loved my sessions so much that I have already recommended him to many of my friends and family.

I have recently taken an intensive driving course with Geta and passed my test. She is very calm and does not shout or spook you if you make a mistake instead she corrects you by asking politely so that you can get a better understanding of the different road situations and take the correct actions accordingly. She also works at your pace so that you get an effective hold of each driving skill and become an overall confident driver. Apart from learning the mandatory skills to pass the driving test, i also learnt advanced driving skills as she took me to new areas, multi lane roundabouts and dual carriageways which is very important for your driving after you pass your test. I am very satisfied with her quality of teaching.

Dear Slaw, this is a review for all your colleagues you meet up with in Bishop's Stortford every Monday morning. Please forward it to them! This is a group of driving instructors that work for KISS driving school. They meet once a week for 3-4 hours to exchange/update/ brush/ improve their teaching skills. I was very fortunate to be able to attend their meetings in Bishop's Stortford. This way i could drive with 3-4 driving instructors who could give me another angle on what I was trying to achieve - how to park and handle roundabouts etc...(these were my weakest points when learning to drive). It was an amazing experience to have these experienced driving instructors there, ready to answer all my questions and give me a feedback. Learning with them was so much quicker and their input so helpful. I wish every student had this opportunity. Imagine you have 4 driving instructors that can explain you the same thing but in different words from slightly different angles! It's so much easier to connect the dots after! Another thing that i loved about these Monday meetings is that the KISS driving school feels more like a family rather than just a business orientated company. Everyone who works there is professional, friendly, selfless, they all have a great sense of humour and it's a pleasure learning to drive with them! Thank you so much!

Having Zuzana as my driving instructor has been nothing but educational and fun. She made it so easy to learn how to be a safe driver by being stern and straightforward whilst also making my lessons so enjoyable and creating a safe and encouraging environment for me. Zuzana provided me with a two week intensive course where I drove almost everyday for at least 2 hours and then as my test approached we cut it down to 2 days in the week for 2 hours or so, this was a really effective method for me to learn everything I needed to know before my test as I could fully digest the information that was given to me and allow me to become fully confident in my driving skills. I ended up passing my test first time with only ONE minor driving fault, so i think it’s safe to say Zuzana is an amazing teacher!!!

I can't believe I have passed my driving test in Oxford. After lots of driving lessons in Oxford with another instructor, I finally found Zuzana who is a brilliant instructor. She immediately found out I have dyslexia and ADHD and told me not to worry as these conditions are quite common. Her training book has lots of pictures and she got me to talk, which helped me to remember what I need to be a good driver. She also sent me some KISS videos for the lessons which I could listen too and again see what was being explained. So now I not only have a driving license I am also a safer driver. Such an attentive, calm instructor. Thank you so much Zuzana.

Being an older learner driver and past experiences I was a very anxious driver. Lesley made me relax very quickly in her car and kept me calm which was a big thing for me to over calm. With her skills and excellent calming manner I passed first time with 1 minor. I will forever be grateful for Lesley’s patience, support and teaching me to be the confident driver I now am. Lesley was fantastic from the start! Lesley was patient with me and taught me everything I needed to know, it did not matter how many times she needed to repeat herself or go through a motion with me, she was always there. We ran through as many test routes in the area as we could, even doing other pupil’s test routes that they had actually done, and when it came for me to do my test, I recognised the route straight away and it relaxed a lot of the nerves as I knew what was coming. Lesley was fully flexible on my schedule and managed to work it around my personal life. Very pleasant lady and we always had a chat going about something which was nice. Feeling relaxed and comfortable in a car when learning to drive is massive and that’s what Lesley provided for me! 10/10!! After my assessment lesson I knew Kelvin would be the perfect instructor for me. When I first met Ata a couple of weeks ago, I was under confident in my abilities despite having some on/off experience in my home country. I was definitely amazed and impressed by how Ata was able to catch every tiny bit of errors that I made during our assessment lesson, not only that He also captured all the good things I was doing, can't tell how important that is for one to realise the things they are doing good for driving confidence.

Well that was then and now earlier as I passed the test, can't say enough of how good Ata is as an instructor, passionate and caring about driving, soft spoken, loves to share his vast knowledge about driving and most importantly he has this unique ability of gauging his pupil's level of understanding about a driving technique/concept and then adapting and simplifying the details so that it is easily understandable!!! He is very very very patient, he probably will go over a thing about as many times as it takes. Also, I remember while my aim was to just pass the test anyhow, He always emphasised on the fact that it is much more important to be safe on the road and becoming a good driver (Any good driver will pass the test easily).

I can tell from my experience that he will give at least 120% from his side on every session. I would say if you are thinking about starting your learning journey and are fortunate to be in the areas which Ata covers, give him a go for an assessment lesson and rest you will realise yourself how wonderful his teaching is.

Words cant explain how much of an amazing instructor Zahra is! I first "heard" about her while i was walking home and saw her car down the street. I was quite a nervous learner and had been putting off driving for a long time. I knew the only way l was going to pass my test, was through an intensive course. This was quick and easy to book, with lots of space available. Even with a huge backlog of tests, l managed to sit mine in my second week. I passed first time, thanks to my amazing instructor Kelvin Potter. Kelvin was helpful at every step of the process, from introducing himself,to contacting me about my lessons, through to helping me rearrange my theory test. He even helped me buy my first ever car, which l managed to do my test in. His teaching methods were fantastic, and Kelvin knew exactly how to pace the lessons. So l was constantly at ease. I would highly recommend this process and highly recmmend Kelvin in order to pass first time and learn from the best.

I just want to inform your good office that I am very pleased with my Instructor Ata, no words can express how thankful I am as he helped me pass my driving test yesterday with flying colors (2 minors). I am a complete beginner with zero experience in driving . I had a previous instructor who was very impatient and she really took out the confidence in me that I feel so hopeless. Fortunately I decided to change instructor and I have started my lessons with Ata. I really commend his teaching skills as he is the most excellent driving teacher Ive known. He knows how to deal with the learner, especially in my case ( a total complete beginner, and a very anxious one). In just 2 hours with Ata, he taught me all the basics and really started back to square 1. I wont hesitate to recommend Ata to everyone out there who is a complete beginner and who wants to have an excellent and very patient instructor. Ata is very calm and supportive all throughout my driving journey, even during the lessons that I commit really serious faults, he deals with it calmly and professionally, never heard him raised his voice on me which other instructor would do most of the time which is why my confidence in driving has really sky rocketed for the past weeks.

Ata is very professional and very dedicated that out of 28hours lessons, he never was late and was even 10- 15 minutes early for the lessons. He is very flexible with the hours as I can only have lessons after 5:30pm and even was happy to do Sunday lessons with me. Ata is passionate in his line of job, and learners like me would really need more of Ata's way of teaching and expertise to make our driving journey a fantastic one.

I am thrilled to say that I passed my driving test yesterday with just 4 faults. I would just like to say a massive thank you to Kelvin Potter for all his help in getting me on the road through doing the intensive course, which I found to be the best way of learning.

Want to give a HUGE thank you to Kelvin Potter for getting me ready for my test in such short time! The 33-hour course was perfect, giving me enough time to break old habits and improve my manoeuvres, as well as increase my confidence on the road. I highly recommend Kelvin as he was very calm and friendly, but was able to bring me up on mistakes with constructive criticism, which allowed me to progress very rapidly. I especially liked how we could be discussing my driving one minute and the next talking freely about things going on in our lives, it gave the course a real personal touch

Learnt to drive with Kelvin Potter. I found him to be a very nice and cheery guy and easy to get along with. As a keen motorcyclist, I didn't enjoy driving and despite that (and my moods) Kelvin still managed to get me to a standard where I passed first time with 2 faults. So he must be good.

I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. Mark Luff was patient and encouraging from day 1 and despite my hesitant nature, he always pushed me to my full potential. On top of this, he was kind enough to be flexible with my pickup location even though it was outside of his usual area. Mark gave amazing guidance and support for both the theory and practical tests - thanks to him, I passed both first time. She gives very clear instructions on not only how to pass you driving test but also how to drive safely everywhere else. Great instructor, very parient, highly skilled and a great human being too. I booked a 5 day course and Kelvin Potter as my instructor. Kelvin was a wonderful instructor who kept calm at all times and taught in such a way that everything stuck a d stayed there! Although being very nervous throughout the week, Kelvin was always encouraging and always had an alternative method of explanation, which helped me greatly. I passed at the end of the course, and I believe that Kelvins instruction was a main factor for that outcome. I would recommend him highly. Thanks Kelvin, see you on the road!

I chose Amanda Jackson on a recommendation through a friend. I had some driving lessons through a different company but I was just not enjoying it nor progressing very well. Amanda was a breath of fresh air.. Patient, friendly and encouraging. Looked forward to my lessons and today I passed first time! Can't recommend her enough.
