Instructor's Profile

I've been training drivers for a few years now. I still enjoy teaching as much now, as I did when I first started. I find it very rewarding. I trained with Kiss to become a driving instructor and teach the KissDrive learning programme of coaching, which allows the student to learn at their own pace. I try and infuse the driving lessons with some humour and I like to put learners at ease, by making the lessons fun and enjoyable. My lessons are full 60 minutes, and I usually work 6 days a week, Friday being my day off. Weekdays I start at 9 o'clock and like to be finished by 6 or 7 o'clock. Weekends I can start a bit earlier and like to be finished by 4.30.

In my free time I enjoy playing golf, I've also passed the London FA level 1 coaching course and I coach and manage an U12's football team which we play in the Tandridge League.

I also help train Potential Driving Instructors (PDIs). Driving Instructor Training is really enjoyable as I am able to share my ADI training instructional techniques/knowledge with them which gives me a real sense of achievement, helping someone embark on a new career to becoming a driving instructor.
